From my son's summer on the help desk. Young kid, intake. “My computer won't boot up” … So, I walk the checklist. “Is it plugged in?” “OF COURSE ITS PLUGGED IT! I'VE checked five times while I've been on hold”. … So, walk the checklist … And I come back to “Are you sure it's plugged in?”.. "Yes!
